GRILLING GUIDE

HOW TO GRILL THE PERFECT STEAK!

Chill Out!  Always let raw meat rest at room temperature for

at least 30 minutes before cooking.

​

Ready, Set Sear!  Be sure to pre-heat your grill to high and let heat up for at least 10 minutes (optimally to 500 degrees).  Sear each side of your steak on high for one minute per side.  Then turn your heat to low (or if using charcoal place over indirect heat).  Close lid and cook your steak according to the chart for desired doneness.

Give it a rest!  a good rule of thumb is to rest your meat for half as long as you cooked it or at least 5 minutes.

GRILLING TIMES

*Suggested guidelines can vary for thickness and temperature.  We recommend our steaks are cooked to rare or medium rare for best flavor, juiciness and tenderness.
